Plaza was first a saxophone player in Cassorla's Bona Fide (2014). In 2012 she performed her saxophone debut in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings. HarmonQuest was the main character on HarmonQuest Plaza in the year 2016 in the role of Hawaiian Coffee the gnome. That following year, she was Aaron Burr on Drunk History as well as Cat Adams during Season 11 C.B.S. Criminal Minds. She made a stunning return to the role in the 12th season of Criminal Minds.
