Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actress from America. Her most well-known character was as Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won Primetime Emmy Awards to recognize Outstanding Leading Performance by a Supporting Actress in a a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. She also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and fell in adore with acting while attending Preparatory School. At the end of the 70's, her family relocated to Ohio. She studied theatre in the theatre department at Northwestern University and spent a year at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her journey in Chicago performing in stage role for several years. Later, she relocated to Hollywood where she started acting in films and TV shows. Anna was chosen to play Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the 29-episode show Down the Shore. The early 90s were when Anna was a frequent guest on TV and in films including Seinfeld or NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood for two seasons. In 2008, she was picked in the role of Skyler on Breaking Bad. Sully and Deadwood was also an integral part of her career. Gunn is also a part of the the stage for David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. She was also a part of the four-part podcast audio drama Numbered days, which was released in 2022. The relationship with Walter White and his wife Skyler is often the backbone of the narrative in Breaking Bad with the strained connection between them and the eventual end of their relationship mirroring the same arc of Walter White's final days of his life.
